According to § 22 of REGULATIONS FOR BENEFITS FOR STUDENTS OF THE WARSAW UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025 Conditions and procedures for granting Rector’s scholarship the schedule is as follows:
1. Within the period from 7 to 13 October 2024 the student shall check and verify in the USOSweb system their grade average. In case of absence of the grade average or incorrect calculation of the grade average, the student shall submit a request to provide or recalculate the grade average in the ranking for the Rector’s scholarship in the USOSweb system.
2. Students shall submit applications for the Rector’s scholarship in USOSweb in the period from 16 to 22 October 2024.
3. From 6 to 10 November 2024 at the request of a student for a correction of the number of points scored for academic, sports or artistic achievements, made in the USOSweb system, a correction is made of the number of points scored for academic, sports or artistic achievements. The correction only applies to obvious errors.
As of 20 March 2023
all documents issued in the course of administrative proceedings related to initiation of administrative proceedings, termination of administrative proceedings and administrative decision issued in the first and second instance, regarding striking off the register of students, will be delivered to students only via the IT system
