Reliable and effective transport systems are fundamental for improving quality of life, economic development and social progress. Engineers play a special role in that system.

Faculty of Transport of Warsaw University of Technology educates transport engineers of various specialisations. This highly qualified personnel is essential for the development of the European and Polish economy. We make constant efforts to ensure that our study programmes and research offer correspond to employers’ needs and social expectations, and give satisfaction to their users. The Faculty initiates and coordinates research in many transport-related areas to improve its functioning and quality.

We are the ones who know what needs to be done to increase mobility of people, volumes of materials and how to increase the safety and efficiency of transport and logistics systems.
