Description:
The goal of this project is to prepare schoolchildren and students for careers in the aviation industry while also improving the education and professional qualifications of adults, including teachers. A total of 220 individuals will benefit from this support over the course of the project. Education at the established Sector Skills Centre (BCU) will continue in the long term. Being selected for this project is a major achievement for the Vocational Training Centre, bringing with it substantial financial support. This funding will enable the modernization of facilities and the outfitting of classrooms with state-of-the-art equipment for hands-on training in aviation-related professions. Moreover, the project will foster innovative and sustainable collaboration between the Vocational Training Centre and experienced partners from the business sector, universities, and other professional institutions. This cooperation will lead to the development of new curricula for both young people and adults, integrating modern educational methods and ultimately enhancing employability in the aviation industry.
